All those who make a contribution to my Community Giving Program, a program that offers free Storytelling Naturalist programs to organizations serving marginalized communities, will be entered to win. (No contribution necessary, see below.)
Through the Community Giving Program Coral offers a limited number of FREE PROGRAMS TO MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES. Please contact me if you're interested in having me at your organization or please pass this information along to those in your network who do. You may be wondering who qualifies. I have not defined specific criteria, so please contact me if you are interested. I reach out to organizations (non-profits, schools, community organizations, etc.) who primarily serve People of Color, those living in poverty or experiencing homelessness, the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, a marginalized religion, or incarcerated individuals or the families of incarcerated individuals.
Programs are funded by generous community members and myself. I match all contributions one for one. Right now I have the funds to offer two short programs. Additional contributions totaling $50 would allow me to offer two full programs. The goal of this giveaway is to promote my fundraising campaign to reach a total of $400 ($250 more than I currently have) which would allow me to offer 4 full programs at no cost to the organizations. All money collected during 2019 will be used by the end of 2020.
Contributions can be made by PayPal, Venmo, check, or cash. Please include a note that this is a contribution for the community giving program along with some form of contact information and your name or the name of the person you're donating in honor of. All contribution amounts are welcome and appreciated.
For PayPal please use paypal.me/CoralTells If you leave it set to personal, no fees are collected by PayPal and all of your contribution will go to programs for marginalized communities.
