About the event
Please celebrate Winter Solstice and Welcome Winter with me at Hoyt Park, 3:00-5:00 PM this Sunday, December 21st!
We will have fires at the upper shelter and lower shelter.
I'll be in the Oaks by the lower shelter telling stories, singing songs, and making nature crafts around the fire!
At the upper shelter we'll have hot cocoa (please bring a cup), books, a welcome table, winter gear collection to be donated to those who need them (please bring gear in good condition that your family no longer needs), and, snow spirit dependent, sledding (BYO sled).
In between we'll have a
, story and stroll, and sensory walk.
